Most of our pieces ship within 1-5 business days after your order is placed, however, in some cases shipping could take up to 10 business days if you live in rural areas or order around the holidays. Once your order is on its way, we will send you a notification email. If you need your order sooner, please email us at and we can update you on when to expect your order.

We ship using USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.

Parcels that are unclaimed or have a return-to sender status will be assessed a 10% restocking fee plus shipping charges.

We reserve the right to require a signature waiver document in order to send your package via US Mail.

Shipping prices above, do not apply to trees.The shipping price for trees is dependent on the dimensions of the tree and will be deciphered at the time of shipping.Customer service will contact the client with shipping price at the time of order. The price shown is for the tree only. The additional tea light candles and crystals are extra. Shipping price is contingent on the location to where the tree will be shipped to. SavanaLilly Jewelry will notify the customer of the shipping cost in a separate e-mail once shipping cost has been determined.The shipping cost will be
added to the price of the tree and any extra items that the customer orders.Trees can only be shipped within the UnitedStates.

We accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American Express and Paypal. We charge your card at the time of shipment for the contents of the parcel. You will not be charged for out of stock or back order items.

Credit card payments – We must have the exact name that appears on the card, the billing address the expiration date of the card and three digit security code.

All phone, fax, and online sales are final- No returns, no exchanges and no refunds. We carefully inspect all items prior to shipping in addition to photographing each order, once the items are shipped unless defective. We reserve the right to inspect defective products prior to exchanges as long as you notify us within 2 businessdays upon receipt of the items. Items that are damaged or defective at the time of the receipt can be exchanged for same identical items, provided we are notified by email, fax or phone within 2 business days of the receipt of the items.

We respect your personal privacy. We will not sell your name, email address, or other personal information including your store or email addresses. We collect your information solely to send SavanaLilly Jewelry promotional offers, line sheets, and to contact you regarding your order.
